Supply Bharat’s
500+ Village
Stores
Your produce, your products — reaching rural India through a network that gives back.
Gramin Dukaan’s sourcing network connects farms, dairies, and FMCG brands directly to village kirana stores — with no middlemen, transparent settlements, and a logistics model that turns every delivery into a procurement run.
We Begin With the Farmer
Farmer-First
Philosophy
Every procurement decision at Gramin Dukaan begins with deep respect for the farmer’s labor, investment, and the sweat of Bharat’s backbone.
Fair Price, Always
We pay farmers what their produce is worth — not what the mandi dictates. Our pricing model is based on real demand data from our store network, not speculation.
Transparent Agreements
Every sourcing relationship is documented with clear terms: quantity, grade, price per unit, and collection schedule. No verbal promises, no surprises at settlement.
Advance Planning & Predictability
We share forward demand forecasts with sourcing partners so farmers can plan their crop cycles, storage, and harvest timing with confidence — not guesswork.
Fresh, Local & Trusted Products
We source from individual farmers, farmer cooperatives, dairy collectives, and established FMCG brands — all flowing through a single managed distribution network.
Fresh Fruits
Seasonal and year-round fruits — mangoes, bananas, citrus, guava, pomegranate — sourced direct from orchards.
Dairy Products
Milk, paneer, ghee, curd, and butter from village dairy cooperatives. Cold-chain handled by Gramin logistics.
Commercial Crops
Wheat, rice, pulses, oil seeds, and spices directly from farmers — graded, packed, and shelf-ready.
FMCG Brands
Established consumer brands — ITC, HUL, and regional labels — distributed to rural stores at competitive margins.
Don’t see your category above? We actively onboard new sourcing partners. If you grow, produce, or distribute goods that village families need — we want to talk to you.
How Backhauling Works
One truck. Two missions. Zero empty miles.
Traditional supply chains waste money on empty return trips. A truck delivers FMCG goods to a village store — and then drives back empty. That fuel cost gets baked into prices that farmers and consumers ultimately pay.
Gramin Dukaan’s bidirectional backhauling model eliminates this waste entirely. When our vehicle delivers products — branded FMCG, packaged goods, consumer items — to village stores, it doesn’t return empty. On the way back, it collects farm produce: fresh fruits, dairy products, harvested crops — directly from farmers in the same region.
The result: delivery costs drop by up to 30%, farmers get doorstep collection without hiring their own transport, and every rupee saved flows back to fairer prices — for both farmer and consumer.

Delivery to the Village
Our vehicle departs the regional distribution hub loaded with FMCG goods, packaged consumer products, and branded items destined for Gramin Dukaan kirana stores in the village cluster.
↓ OutboundFarm Gate Collection
After unloading at the kirana store, the same vehicle drives to pre-scheduled farms in the surrounding area. Fruits, dairy products, harvested crops, and non-commercial produce are collected directly at the farm gate — no travel required from the farmer.
← Inbound BackhaulProcessing & Distribution
Collected produce is transported to our regional processing hub for grading, quality checks, and value addition. From there it enters the supply network — reaching urban markets, other store clusters, or export partners with documented traceability.

The Empty-Mile Problem — Solved
In conventional rural logistics, return trips are unloaded and unprofitable. Our backhauling system converts every return kilometre into revenue-generating farm procurement — slashing per-unit delivery costs by up to 30% across the network.
For sourcing partners, this means no separate logistics costs for farm collection. We come to you. The delivery truck becomes your harvest transporter — at no extra charge. Settlements are calculated net of any handling and grading fees, with full transparency in every payment cycle.
From Farm to Shelf
We eliminate middlemen and create a direct-to-retail pipeline for commercial and non-commercial crops, ensuring farmers receive fair value for their labor.
Direct Sourcing
Fairer prices for farmers by cutting exploitative intermediaries at every stage of the supply chain. We negotiate directly and pay within the settlement cycle — no delayed payments, no deductions without notice.
Logistics Support
Backhauling models reduce post-harvest burden, making the process viable for every small farmer — even those with less than 2 acres. Our vehicles come to the farm gate on a fixed schedule so nothing rots waiting for transport.
Value Addition
Shelf space for local processing units, enabling rural entrepreneurs to build lasting livelihoods. Cleaned, graded, and packaged at our processing hubs — products arrive at the store ready to sell, not requiring further handling.
What Direct Sourcing Delivers
No minimum volume required to start. We onboard small farmers, cooperatives, and large producers on the same terms — the model scales with you, not against you.
